Congratulations for starting your journey with us on The Exchange! If you’ve bought your subscription, you’re just about ready to operate on the platform.
Firstly, you’ll need to complete the following steps.

1. Get Trustd
The first step of your onboarding journey is getting Trustd.
Trustd goes beyond regular, one-off compliance checks. It runs advanced compliance checks automatically and on an ongoing basis.
So, once all Exchange members are Trustd, you'll have access to a community whose compliance standards exceed the status quo.
Once you’re Trustd, you’ll receive a blue badge next to your business profile. Your Trustd badge signals your business’s professionalism to other Exchange members. At the same time, other members will know that you’re a verified business.
If you recently bought a subscription you should have, or should soon receive, an email inviting you to fill out your Trustd application. If you haven’t yet received your link via email, you can request a new Trustd link here.

2. Complete online training
Once you get Trustd, we’ll enrol you in our online training course. You will then receive an email invitation with instructions on how to start.
The 30-minute course is designed to be easy to follow and helpful with short videos and multiple-choice questions, coaching you on how to use the platform.
Once you’ve completed the course, the training system will notify our team so we can get in touch with you for the final steps. You can also call your onboarding specialist for any questions you may have.
On the rare occasion that you don’t receive your training invitation, fill out a support ticket to have this invitation resent to you.
3. Receive personalised support and guidance
After you complete your online training, your onboarding specialist will get in touch with you by phone.
This is done to offer you support during your first few months on the platform!
