All our members complete a training course before they can access the CX platform. This is so they can operate confidently and get the most value out of their membership.

When your training begins
After you’ve successfully uploaded your documents to your profile and your onboarding specialist has verified them, they will send you an email with a link and instructions on how to start your online training.
If you wish, a 30-minute call can also be organised with your onboarding specialist to answer any questions you may have at this point.
What if I don't receive my training invite?
On the rare occasion that you don’t receive your training invitation as communicated by your onboarding specialist, you can reach out to our team via email or support ticket to have this invitation resent to you.
Extra guidance and advice
Once you’ve graduated from our 30-minute online course, your onboarding specialist will receive an automated notification so they can give you a call and answer any questions you might have.
