How many drivers you can add to your profile
If your business is operating on a company-level subscription, your drivers may need access to the Exchange apps.
The number of drivers you can add to your account depends on your subscription level.

*Starter subscriptions are for sole traders only, so it’s not possible to add an extra driver.
How to add a new driver
Step 1) Click on ‘Drivers and Vehicles’.
Step 2) Click on ‘Company Drivers’.
Step 3) Select ‘Add Company Driver’.
Step 4) Complete the fields with the information of your new driver. Fields marked with a red star (*) are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Step 5) If a particular driver needs access to the CX app, in the drop-down menu for ‘Mobile Options’, choose ‘plus’ or ‘standard’.
*Selecting ‘Plus’ means your driver is visible to anyone on the CX. If you want your driver to be visible only to your company, select ‘Standard’.
Step 6) Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll be prompted to create a new individual username and password for your driver.
Step 7) If you’d like your driver to have access to load alerts (meaning they can quote on jobs), then check the box that says, ‘Enable Load Alerts’.
Step 8) Click ‘Save’ to confirm your settings.
How to edit your driver’s information
Step 1) Click on the ‘Drivers & Vehicles’ tab.
Step 2) Click on ‘Company Drivers’.
Step 3) Click on the pencil icon next to the driver’s name.
4) Make any changes as needed and click ‘Save’ to confirm.
How to control your driver’s notifications
It’s important to know what switching your driver’s load notifications on or off does.
Switching off their load notifications means they’ll stop receiving alerts from the CX app and they won’t be able to quote on any loads.
Here's how to do this:
Step 1) Click on the ‘Drivers and Vehicles’ tab.
Step 2) Select ‘Company Drivers’.
Step 3) Next to the driver’s name, click on the pencil icon.
Step 4) If you want your driver to receive load alerts via the mobile app, check the box that says, ‘Enable Load Alerts’. If you want them to stop receiving the alerts, uncheck this box.
Step 5) When you’re done, click ‘Save’.
How to remove a driver from your profile
Step 1) Click on the ‘Drivers & Vehicles’ tab.
Step 2) Select ‘Company Drivers’.
Step 3) Click the red ‘X’ next to the driver’s name to proceed with driver removal.
You’ll see 2 types of removal options:
‘Revoke Driver Permission’ – revoking driver permissions will not delete their user account (username and password) but they will no longer have access to the CX app.
‘Delete User’ – this will remove all your driver’s details, including username and password.
Select one of these options and the CX platform will automatically make the changes for you.
