How to know if your quote was accepted
If your quote was accepted and you’re booked for the load, the load poster will either call you or send you a message to let you know they’re allocating the load to you.
You can use the Messenger on your mobile app to contact them if you need to.
Although it’s common for them to reach out to you, they might not necessarily do this, which is why you should always keep an eye on your mobile app if you’ve recently submitted quotes to ensure you don’t miss a booking.
Keep an eye out for a banner notification that looks like this:
Your Bookings tile will also have a number on it, indicating that you’ve received a new booking for a load.
