How to Contact Other Members Via the CX Driver App

You can use the ‘Messenger’ feature of the mobile app to contact your customer about your booking or message other members you have in your contacts list.  

Step 1) Tap on ‘Messenger’.  

Step 2) Type in the name of the member you want to message.
