Planning ahead with the Journeys functionality on the CX Fleet app reduces dead mileage in your fleet and makes your journeys more profitable. It’s also a handy way of broadcasting your fleet availability to other members on the Exchange so you can get matched to suitable load opportunities on the go.

How to add a Journey
Step 1) Tap on ‘Journeys’ to begin.
Step 2) Tap on ‘+ Going Home’. Our system will collect your GPS information and registered home location.
Step 3) Complete the form based on the estimated time you think you’ll be returning home.
Step 4) Tap ‘Done’ when you’re finished.
You might not be heading home, but instead to a different location.
In this case:
Step 1) Tap on the 'Journeys’ tile and then on ‘+ Going To’.
Step 2) Choose the driver and the vehicle you want to create the journey for.
Step 3) Complete the rest of the form and tap ‘Save’ when done.
How to add a Future Journey
This functionality works very similarly to 'Going To', except you need to enter both the 'From' and 'To' location. You would use this feature when you have an upcoming journey with a known ‘From’ and ‘To’ location so other members on the Exchange can see where and when you’re going to be available for loads.
Step 1) Tap on ‘+Future Journey’.
Step 2) Choose your driver and vehicle and complete the rest of the form making sure to add the correct ‘From’ and ‘To’ addresses.
Step 3) Tap ‘Save’ when done.
How to view all Journeys
To see all the Journeys you’ve organised for your fleet, you can find them by tapping on ‘Our Journeys’ in the ‘Journeys’ tile.
