This policy outlines our Social Media guidelines that all users must adhere to for the smooth-running of our platform.
The integrity and reputation of the Exchange community (Courier Exchange, Haulage Exchange and CX Euro) must always be upheld with confidential information and personal data being safeguarded.
To avoid any problems or misunderstandings, we have established clear guidelines to help you make the right decisions online.
The social media policy guidelines are as follows:
- Do not share any aspect of your work/business on the Exchange on social media. You could be exposing sensitive information about a customer without realising and in doing so will be in breach of our data sharing (GDPR) policy and consequently facing the suspension of your account.
* This does not apply to photography for legitimate purposes (example: the taking of photos of goods as proof of delivery or to prove good condition at delivery). If you must film or photograph, don't include private information like booking details, landmarks, location information, faces of people, security information or procedures.
- The use of social media to defame, intimidate, or abuse any member is prohibited and could lead to suspension or membership revocation.
