Please note: This document should be read alongside the General Terms & Conditions governing platform memberships.
We strive to uphold the integrity of the Exchange’s trading community. As such, the below ineligibility criteria applies to all prospective and existing platform members. The criteria helps to create and maintain an environment where all members and their customers can interact safely, confidently and comfortably.
We cannot allow members to participate in our community if they have criminal convictions for:
- Sexual offences
- Fraudulent activity
- Drug trafficking
If a member has a conviction for any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend said member’s account, revoke said member’s membership and/or deny platform access. Those who suffer membership revocations will not receive any form of refund and will be unable to re-join our platform.
Theft or tampering of goods
Theft, tampering of goods, or suspected foul play during the transportation of an Exchange-allocated load should be reported to our support team immediately via support@transportexchangegroup.com.
Reports should include details such as times, dates, locations, incident descriptions and any relevant information about potential witnesses or suspects. We strongly suggest you also report such incidents to the police.
We’ll take swift action against members found guilty of theft, tampering of goods, or suspected foul play during the transportation of an Exchange-allocated load. When incidents relate to sole traders, we’ll revoke offending members’ memberships. When incidents relate to companies, we’ll ask companies to ban offending individuals from our platform. Whenever companies fail to comply, we’ll revoke offending company memberships.
Following revocations, refunds of remaining subscription periods will not be issued, and those who suffer revocations will be unable to re-join our platform.
Please note: We may revise this policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to acknowledge such changes, as they are legally binding. Some of the provisions contained in this policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our platform.
