The Directory is one of the main benefits of being a member of the Exchange. Where else would you have access to a catalogue of driver and vehicles across the UK and Europe anytime, day or night?
Being able to network and build strong business relationships is what the Directory is for, and we encourage it. The Exchange relies on ‘honest dealing’ between members to facilitate the orderly running of the platform. You can approach any of our members and introduce yourself or locate a specific vehicle size in a particular location. This is not considered poaching as it's only our member's customers you cannot approach.
Please note that the poaching of another member’s customer is a serious breach of the Rules, Regulations and General Policies of the Exchange platform, you can find out more here.
Below, we have set out a guideline on how to grow your network on the Directory and collaborate honestly with any Exchange members to help you succeed.
For drivers and carriers
Load posters are constantly on the lookout for local, reliable drivers who they can use regularly. In these instances, this can result in direct work that means you are not quoting on regular outbound loads.
- Log in to the desktop site and navigate to the Directory tab.
- In the search panel on the left-hand side of the screen, enter your location by postcode or location and wait for the populated location.
- Set the radius you want in the drop-down.
- From the 'Sort by' drop-down at the top of the directory, select 'Payment rating'. This will filter the members by location and list the search results by the amount of payment feedback they have received within the period you are searching. You will see this in the far right of the column, for example, 'Pay: 260'.
- Those with the highest payment feedback numbers are probably looking for drivers regularly. What have you got to lose by reaching out to them and making an introduction?
- You can also review the load poster’s complete feedback profile to ascertain whether they are someone you would consider working with by clicking on the member's name in blue.

- A yellow 'T' icon indicates that the driver is tracking. You can click on this to see precisely where they are on a map.
- You can also book or allocate a load directly to a driver using the appropriate buttons.
