What is Finance Manager?
Finance Manager (FM) is a bespoken accounting tool for the Exchange where Members manage bookings, PODs, and invoices from one screen.
FM puts customers and suppliers on the same page, reducing paperwork, avoiding re-keying of data from other accounting software through easy integration (Xero/Sage/QuickBooks), and a simpler, user-friendly interface that quashes administrative errors and payment delays.
FM comprises Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and it’s now available to a selected group of businesses on the Exchange. It will be gradually rolled out to the whole Exchange during 2022.
How do I access Finance Manager?
I've been upgraded to Finance Manager; can I go back to using the Exchange invoice tool?
If you’ve already been upgraded to Finance Manager, it’s not possible to get back to using the Exchange invoicing system.
All users will be gradually migrated to Finance Manager, and we guarantee you it’s a much efficient way of doing your accounts. Don’t worry, all your previous bookings and documentation were automatically transferred to the new Accounts Receivable.
