With Finance Manager, you can have full control over who, in your company, can view your business's financial information. Please note, you must be have an admin account to be able to add or remove a user on FM.
To add a user to Finance Manager (Accounts Receivable AND Accounts Payable) simply do the following:
- Go to your admin account and click on company profile.
- Then click on users/drivers on the left-hand side bar.
- Click the pencil icon next to the user you want to grant access to. This can be found on the right-hand side of the user's name.
- Then check the boxes as shown below. You can allow the user access to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, both or neither.
