The quotation feature enables you to submit eQuotes through the desktop version of our platform, the Courier Exchange app and the CX Fleet app.

How do I know whether my eQuote has been declined?
If your quote is declined by the load poster you will either receive a notification or email (this is based on your account settings, which you can change).
If the job is sold to another member, or cancelled, you won't be notified. It will, however, be displayed on the desktop via the Quotes tab, when you click 'Unsuccessful'.
It will also be displayed on the Courier Exchange and CX Fleet app.
- For the Courier Exchange app unsuccessful quotes will be shown via the 'My Quotes' tab, when you click 'Unsuccessful'.
- For the CX Fleet app unsuccessful quotes will be shown via the 'My Quotes' tab, when you click on 'Sent' and then 'Unsuccessful'.
