The booking footer is the guide, or terms and conditions, that a load poster requires from a carrier.
If you're a carrier, please make sure to follow your load poster's booking footer so you get paid. Otherwise, you may experience delays in payment, negative feedback or disputes being raised against you.

What does a booking footer contain?
A booking footer usually contains information about POD, which could be requires as a digital file, or hard copy.
It might also contain information about phone calls, signatures, pictures or scanned documentation which may be required.
There are three types of booking footers:
- Blank booking footers
If there is no information provided in the booking footer, the invoice/POD can be sent to a load posters finance email on their billing address. If there is no finance email registered, invoices/PODs can be sent to the load poster's email, as shown on their Exchange profile.
- Digital POD booking footers (ePOD)
If the booking footer says that invoices must be emailed, the invoice/POD can then be sent to the load poster's finance email on their billing address. If there is no finance email registered, invoices/PODs can be sent to the load poster's email, as shown on their Exchange profile.
- Hard copy POD booking footers
Some load posters require you to send paperwork via post. We recommend you to post your paperwork as 'recorded delivery' in order to get a proof of postage.
The address is displayed on the load poster's billing address. If there is no billing address, invoices/PODs can be sent to the load poster's business address, as shown on their Exchange profile.

Where can I find the booking footer?
The booking footer can be found on both the 'Diary' tab (on desktop), on the app, and in the booking confirmation email (which you will receive from us).
If you’re on a desktop, the booking footer can be viewed via the 'Order' button. This is situated at the bottom of each job post.
You can then download the full order – which includes the booking footer.
If you’re an owner-driver and are using the app, the booking footer can be accessed via the ‘My Bookings’ tab.
Then, click on ‘View Booking Details’.
The booking confirmation email contains the booking footer at the end.
If you haven’t received the email confirmation, this just means your email notifications are disabled.
To amend this, enable email notifications on the settings tab on the app.
If you're on a company account, you can amend this on your desktop.
Click 'Settings', then ‘Notifications’. Then scroll down to add your email address to receive booking confirmations and PODs
If in doubt, you can always seek clarification from the load poster – or contact us.
