What is changing?
Soon, you'll need to log in to the Exchange desktop using your email address and a new password. You will also need to change your password when you log in to mobile apps.
Why are you introducing a new login?
We're enhancing security on the Exchange. Therefore, all members will need to log in to the Exchange desktop using their email address and new password. For mobile apps, you'll need to change your password, too.
Using your email to log in gives you the option to enable multifactor authentication (MFA).
MFA is a security process that uses two different factors (in this case your password upon login and a link in your email inbox) to verify your identity.
