We're retiring the 'Accounting tab' from 1 August 2023.
This means, from this date forward, you'll no longer have access to this module, including our 'VAT returns' and 'Purchase Ledger' functionality.
Here's everything you need to know to prepare for this change.
What does this mean for me?
Finance Manager is your new home for managing invoices. Finance Manager (FM) allows you to:
- Create, send and receive digital PODs automatically
- Raise and send digital invoices in as little as two button clicks
- Monitor invoices and payment statuses all in one place
- Export invoice data to the accounting software of your choice
How will I do my VAT returns from 1 August 2023?
Accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks or Sage have everything you need to manage your business finances – including VAT returns functionality!
TEG also offer free integrations with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. Integrations are simple to set up and enable you to transfer your invoices from Finance Manager with a click of a button.

How can I access my previously submitted VAT returns?
Before 1 August 2023: You can download PDF copies of previously submitted VAT returns within the Accounting Tab. Learn how to do this here.
From 1 August 2023: The 'Accounting' tab will no longer be accessible to members. If you would like to obtain copies of your previous VAT returns please submit a support request.
What will happen to my data?
Before 1 August 2023: You will still be able to access your data via the 'Accounting' tab as normal.
From 1 August 2023: The 'Accounting' tab will no longer be accessible to members however all of your previous bookings data will be automatically transferred to Finance Manager.
