For load posters:
How do I post a load for 10 stops or under?
How do I post a multi-drop load of over 10 stops?
For drivers or carriers:

How do I opt out of receiving multi-drop load alerts?
A multi-drop delivery is when one driver or carrier makes several deliveries on the same route.
If you’re a load poster, you may consider booking a driver or carrier for a multi-drop delivery – especially if you have a high volume of packages you need to send. You can track your loads easily, look out for the environment and save a little time.
If you’re a driver or carrier, multi-drop deliveries can be a quick and easy way to make money. Multi-drop deliveries aren’t as time-consuming as direct deliveries, and they can be a great way to optimise your backloads (reducing your dead miles!).
How do I post a load for 10 stops or under?
1. To post an on-demand load (a one-off job)
Click ‘Post Load’
Then ‘On Demand’
Fill out the pickup and delivery details. Then click ‘Add Stop’.
Please note, you’ll need to fill out the pickup and delivery details for each stop
Then click the green ‘Post Load’ button.
2. To post a regular load of 10 stops or under (a repeat job)
Click ‘Regular load'
Input your regular load details. You can select when the job starts and ends, how much the job pays (and how frequently), and how often the job needs repeating
Then enter the pickup and delivery details of the job
Once you’ve filled out the details, scroll down to the ‘Job Description’ section and select ‘Multi-drop’ from the drop-down menu. Also, fill out the ‘Body Type’ and ‘Job Type’ sections
Then press the green ‘Post Load’ button.
How do I post a multi-drop load of over 10 stops?
Click ‘Daily Hire’
Input your details in the ‘Daily Hire Details’ section. Add your loading location/depot and collection time information (and input your contact details)
Then enter your ‘Job Details’. This is the delivery description (multi-drop), how many items you need delivered and whether the load is a hotshot or backload
Please note, when the load is posted the driver or carrier will only see the number of packages that need delivering – and not the address details associated with each package.
Then press the green ‘Post Load’ button at the bottom to post your load.
Please bear in mind, there is no option to enter delivery details for this section.
This means it’s your responsibility to ensure that the driver or carrier knows where they need to pick up and drop off each package.
We highly recommend emailing or calling the driver or carrier with a thorough description of the job, including pickup details, delivery details and anything other essential information.
How are multi-drop loads shown?
Multi-drop loads are shown in red on the ‘Quotes’ or ‘Diary’ tab on the top of your desktop screen
If the load poster has posted a load with 10 stops and under, click on the number icon to view the stops
Please note, if the load posted is over 10 stops, it’ll look the same as the above pictures, but you won’t be able to view each stop. Once you book the load, the load poster will contact you with the pickup and delivery details.
