If you’re attempting to find a member on the directory using their member ID, but you can’t find it, it's most likely because they're no longer a member on the Exchange.
This may either be because their account is revoked, or because they haven't renewed their membership.
To find their contact details, you need to log on to the desktop version of the Exchange, find a completed job in 'Diary' and then click on the 'Order' button:
A pop-up with the member's details will appear.
