Transport Exchange Group (TEG) operates a platform where couriers post and allocate loads for delivery. The platform includes:
- A web platform and mobile app for load management and tracking
- An on-platform finance system called SmartPay for payments between members
- A compliance platform called Trustd for verifying company and driver documents
- A public REST API for TMS and system integrations
The API allows members to integrate their own Transport Management Systems (TMS) with Courier Exchange, enabling automated load posting, webhook-based real-time updates, vehicle tracking, and document management.
