Integrate your TMS with TEG to post loads, receive updates, and manage documents automatically.
Here's what's possible, and how to get set up.
Why integrate?
- Save time on admin. Loads you post in your TMS appear on the Exchange automatically, so you're not re-keying the same details twice.
- Stay on top of every load. Get notified the moment a load is quoted, booked, or delivered, so you always know where things stand without asking.
- Give customers real-time answers. See exactly where a vehicle or load is, without picking up the phone to your subcontractors.
- Simplify compliance and paperwork. Proof of delivery and other required documents are captured and stored automatically, ready whenever you need them for invoicing, disputes, or audits.

How can I integrate my TMS?
If your TMS provider is one of our partners, you can integrate in three steps:
- Raise a support ticket to request a new TMS integration.
- Receive credentials to test your integration in our sandbox environment.
- Once you’re happy, add your API key in production and go live!
I'm using a TMS provider not listed above. Can I integrate?
If your TMS isn't yet a TEG partner, raise a support ticket and let us know which provider you use. The first step is our Security Questionnaire, which your TMS provider will need to complete. We'll get back to you with next steps from there.
What if I don’t have a TMS?
Get in touch and we'll help you explore your options, whether that's a TMS integration or another way to connect with the Exchange.
