What is The Supplier Report?
The supplier report is a new reporting function on the platform, entering beta testing this week. It’s part of our larger project, called ‘Embedded Analytics’. The Supplier Report will provide you with a visual representation of all the work you’ve done with suppliers on the Exchange, enabling you to better assess data and optimise your supplier management.
The report allows you to view data in three different ways (bar graph, table graph, line graph), measuring performance, profit and relationships with your suppliers.
From the top left-hand corner, you will be able to filter your data by:
- Number of bookings
- Net value
- Avg. net value
- PPM (price per mile)
- eQuote Success
- % Tracked
- % On-time
- % Invoices
You can also view data by filtering member IDs, narrowing down your search by selecting your top 10, 25 or 50 suppliers over different periods.
What can Embedded Analytics do for me?
The idea behind the report is to give a whole new feature to the community that makes data easily accessible and digestible. Using our technology can help you track supplier performance against KPIs. From there you can take actions, assess spending, achieve savings, and keep your brand and reputation strong in the eyes of your customers.
This reporting tool will be the first released in a series of more helpful reporting features to come, helping our members make more informed business decisions. The following reports that will be available through Embedded Analytics are:
- Booking insights
- Marketing insights
- Customer insights.
How do I start using it?
The Supplier Report function will need to be purchased as an add on to your subscription and will be available on your account 24 hours after purchase. If you need help navigating this feature, our experienced support team can guide you through it.
