How to find the Settings menu
First, make sure you are logged in to the Exchange.
Navigate in the Exchange to the Settings menu and click Finance.
About Bank Details
Your bank details for your SmartPay payments are maintained in Trustd. Login to your Trustd account to add or update your bank account details.
If you factor your invoices externally (off platform), you will need to add a second set of bank account details.
Please Note: that you cannot use SmartPay to pay or get paid for externally factored invoices.
About Invoices
You can customise your invoice to match your company’s branding. Upload a logo and edit your invoice footer. Both elements will automatically appear on all your invoices.
On this tab you can also set your invoice backdating preferences. Once set, Members who send invoices cannot backdate beyond your preference.
About Email Templates
You can also customise the email text notifying Members that your invoice is now available. View your edits in the Preview window on the right.
About Payment Groups
You can categorise suppliers into two groups, making it easier to manage their invoices using the following filters:
- Weekly drivers refers to suppliers who are paid weekly rather than per load.
- Batch invoices are used for suppliers who group multiple loads into a single invoice.
