About the SmartPay Enabled status
Once you're enabled for SmartPay, you'll automatically be listed as SmartPay Enabled, which lets Exchange Members know that you can pay and/or get paid through SmartPay. It's not a guarantee that all Members will use SmartPay for every payment, but it's highly encouraged as SmartPay makes payments more efficient and secure.
This status will be visible for any Member who is enabled for SmartPay.
Note that you cannot currently search by SmartPay status.
The SmartPay Enabled status will either appear as an icon or an icon with status:

Where to find the SmartPay Enabled status – desktop
On the desktop app, you'll see the status in 7 places:
1. Loads tab - to indicate which Load Posters are SmartPay Enabled
2. Quotes tab - to indicate which Carriers and Drivers are SmartPay Enabled
3. Diary tab - to indicate when a Load Posters can send payment via SmartPay
4. Diary tab - to indicate when a Carrier or Driver can receive payment via SmartPay
5. Booking Confirmation PDF and Email - to indicate who can send or receive funds via SmartPay. If both Load Poster and Carrier are SmartPay Enabled - it's best to use SmartPay to complete the transaction as it will be the fastest and most efficient way to process payments.
6. Member Directory - to view any load poster or carrier that is SmartPay Enabled. Click individual Members to see their status in detail.
7. Your own Member Info menu
8. View invoices payable on platform
9. View SmartPay enabled suppliers

On the mobile app, you'll see the status in 7 places when quoting and in the bookings tab:
1. When quoting and using the map view
2. On the quote summary page
3. On the quote details tab
4. When entering a quote
5. In the submitted quote tab
