Can I edit a driver's details if I set them up incorrectly? Yes. Go to the Users / Drivers page in the Exchange, find the driver in question, and select the pencil icon to edit their profile. From here you can update their details such as name and email.
Can I change a subcontractor driver into an employee and vice-versa? You will need to delete the driver using the red X on the users and drivers area, then add them again with the adjusted driver role.
Can I delete a driver from my fleet? Yes. From your Users / Drivers page, find the driver and select the delete option to remove them from your account.
Can I resend an invitation to a driver? Yes. Go to the Users / Drivers area and find the driver. Once an invitation has been sent, the option to resend will appear after refreshing the page.

I haven't received my invitation: what should I do? First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact your fleet manager and ask them to confirm they used the correct email address. If the email is correct, ask them to resend the invitation. If it still hasn't arrived after that, please contact our support team for help.
