As part of our Platform Credit Limits process, you can request a review of your Platform Credit Limit.
To learn more about Platform Credit Limits, click here.
If you have reached your credit limit, the quickest way to restore your credit limit is to make payment against any of your outstanding invoices.
However, you can also request a credit limit review at any time, you do not have to have reached your credit limit to request a review.
How do I request a credit limit review?
You can request a credit limit review by our team here.
What happens when I request a credit limit review?
Our Finance team will request information from you, after you provide this information it will be reviewed by our team, they will then contact you to confirm the outcome of the credit limit review
What information do you require?
We typically ask for the following, though requirements may vary by business:
- Details of any invoice factoring arrangements
- Current management accounts
- Company bank statements for the past three months
- Most recent VAT return (if available)
- Director's assets — including property valuation, mortgage, outstanding debt, cash, and other assets
Note: Director's asset information is optional. Without it, a director's guarantee will not be available and a security deposit is more likely to be required.
How long does it take to review my request?
Our finance team will work through all review requests in order of the time at which they were received.
We endeavour to complete these as fast as possible, however due to fluctuation in demand we cannot currently guarantee a time in which we will complete these.
We will however email you as soon as the review is completed.
