You can use the ‘Messenger’ feature of the CX Fleet app to contact other members on the Exchange or keep in touch with your customer throughout your booking.
Step 1) Tap on ‘Messenger’.
Step 2) Type in the name of the member you want to message.
Step 3) Once you’ve found the member you’re looking for, tap on their name to start a conversation with them. If you need to call them, tap on the phone icon at the top right.
