Mobile phones are continually advancing and require more attention to ensure they have the latest software. To make the most of our industry-leading platform and digital tools, you need to be running our apps on you’re latest mobile software.
With each new update to their operating systems, Apple and Google remove support for older versions, making it crucial to conduct business on your device’s latest settings.

Mobile support
Before releasing any app, we test it on the latest versions of the iOS or Android operating systems and devices running the previous two versions.
Currently, we support devices running our Exchange mobile apps using:
- Android 12 or above
- iOS 15 or above
While you can still use our apps if you’re running software older than the supported versions, you may encounter issues with performance. Additionally, you could be putting yourself at risk if your device can no longer receive security updates.
Recommended device specifications
- Android – we recommend a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a screen size greater than 5 inches.
- iOS – we recommend a minimum of 3 GB of RAM and a screen size greater than 5 inches.
We aren’t making it mandatory for you to upgrade your mobile device. It’s still possible to run our apps on lower specs devices than the above mentioned but be aware that if you choose to continue running without the recommended minimum RAM (Random Access Memory), the functionality may decrease.
We recommend these specifications so that you can enjoy our app error-free with full access to all its powerful features.
