You can put your Exchange account on hold if you need to pause your subscription for a period of time.
Please note: You can only pause your subscription at the point of renewal.
Duration options
You can choose to put your account on hold for 3, 6, or 12 months.
Requesting a hold
To request a hold, please contact Support. Your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We generally approve hold requests for the following reasons:
Bereavement: we understand this can be a difficult time. If you need support, please speak with a member of our team.
Medical conditions: we’ll need official documentation, such as a doctor’s fit note or a letter from your GP or hospital.
Any documentation must confirm the condition or event, and explain why you’re unable to operate at this time.
Cost for account on hold
A non-refundable fee of £15 + VAT per month applies to place your account on hold.
This fee must be paid for a minimum of 3 months. After that, a team member will get in touch to check in. If you’d like to extend the hold period, a second payment will be required.
Please note: placing your account on hold does not lock in your current subscription price.
If you choose to renew later, your new subscription will be charged at the current rate for new members.
