1. Go to My Profile and select Change email.
2. Enter the email you wish to use.
3. Check your inbox for the email verification request.
4. Click Verify in the email you receive to confirm your unique email address.
How to verify a user's email address – Limited Companies
1. Go to Drivers & Vehicles, then click the tab Users / Drivers
This takes you to a screen which shows all the users in your company. On the right-hand side of your screen, you'll see which users are verified.
2. Click Verify Email for an unverified user.
This pop-up will appear. Input your user's unique email address (make sure to check for spelling errors).
3. Confirm by pressing the 'Send Verification Email' button. This will send a verification email to the user for them to confirm their address.
If the user doesn't receive the verification email, please contact us.
How to change a user's email address – Limited Companies
Click on the Settings icon and click the 'Users/Drivers' tab.
Click the pencil icon on the right for the user whose email you want to change.
This screen will appear. Click on Change Email.

If you're a Company User, you'll need to ask your Company Admin or Account Owner to start the process.
Once your Account Owner or Company Admin sends a verification request your way, please check your email inbox for this email:
