Back in September 2021, we introduced unique email verification to enhance security on the Exchange.
That’s why each and every member must have a unique, verified email address to operate on the Exchange.
What's a unique, verified email address?
This is an email address that only you can access, verified by you. Each user needs their own email address to log in to the platform.
If you're a sole trader, you should already have a unique email address. You just need to verify your email with us.
If you're part of a limited company, please ensure you have a unique email address only you can access. You'll then need to verify your email with us.
If you share your email address with other users, please get in touch with your Account Owner or a Company Admin. They will provide you with your own unique email address.

✔ Your email address will be valid and have no typos. This is crucial to receive any important communications from us.
✔ Safety and security are enhanced. You now have a specific email address, used only by you.
✔ You’ll be logging in with your email – so you won’t need to remember your username when logging in.
I'm an Account Owner or Company Admin. How do I change a user's email address?
Click on Settings > Users/Drivers
Click the pencil icon on the far right:
This will take you to this screen, where you can edit the user's email (and other details)
I'm an Account Owner or Company Admin. How do I verify a user's email address?
Click on Settings > Users/Drivers
This takes you to a screen which shows all the users in your company.
On the right-hand side of your screen, you'll see which users are verified. If an email requires verification, click the 'Verify Email' button
This pop-up will then appear. Input your user's unique email address (make sure to check for spelling errors)
Please note, you'll need to do this for each unverified user in your company.
I'm a sole trader. How do I verify my own email address?
If you're a sole trader, you can verify your email address by clicking on Settings > Users/Drivers.
This should take you to a screen, exactly like below, but with just your email address.
Click the 'Verify email' button on the right-hand side next to your email
This pop-up will appear. Enter your email address and click 'Send Verification Email'
Once this is done, you should receive this email:
If you don't receive the email please submit a support request.
I'm a Company User in a limited company. How do I verify my email address?
If you're a Company User and you haven't yet received an email asking you to verify your email address, please get in touch with your Account Owner or Company Admin.
Once your Account Owner or Company Admin sends a verification request your way, please check your email inbox for this email:
Click 'Verify Email'. This ensures your verification is complete.
