If your important Exchange emails are continuously getting sent to your spam/junk box, here’s what you can do to prevent this.
For Outlook users:
Go to Tools > Options > Preferences > Junk email, then add our email address (email@example.com). Also, check the option for ‘Automatically add people/email to the Safe Senders list).
For Yahoo! users:
Go to Mail Options > Filters and add a new one. In the ‘From Header’ rule, add our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ‘Choose Folder’ to be your ‘Inbox’.
For Gmail users:
Go onto Settings > Filter > Create a new filter and add our email address (email@example.com), contact name (TEG) and domain (@transportexchangegroup.com). Check the box ‘Never Send to Spam’.
For Apple Mail users:
When you next get an email from us (firstname.lastname@example.org) right click our name and choose ‘Add to Contacts’ in the drop-down menu.
