The Event Log is an activity report that enables you to get a better overview of a vehicle, driver and account usage.
You can create a report by viewing the tracking and account history. You can then save the report for your records. This can be set up based on the dates you’ve selected.
Please note, the tracking history can only be viewed if the GPS was turned on, or if the integrated vehicle was used between the selected dates.
The account history shows the time and date when the driver logged in and logged out of the app.
Where can I find the Event Log?
The Event Log can only be accessed via the desktop version of the Exchange. If you're an owner driver, you can only view this on the top right-hand corner of your screen – and only if you have a Starter Subscription.
For those with an Essential, Pro, Premium and Enterprise membership, you can find the Event Log via three different tabs.
- Users/Drivers
- Company Vehicles
- Drivers & Subcontractors
Then click on “Event Log” to view the tracking history of a particular vehicle.
