Smart Alerts can be used by load posters when posting or allocating a job on the Exchange.
The Smart Alerts feature sends the load poster email alerts when the carrier is on-route.
If you're a load poster, you can register more than one email address to receive en-route emails. You can also select a time frame as to when you would like to receive these email alerts (starting every 30 min to every 4 hours after the job has been allocated).
How to find Smart Alerts
You can find Smart Alerts on both the 'Post load' form and 'Book Direct' form on the desktop. It's also available on the CX Fleet app.
Setting up Smart Alerts for a group email address
To receive en-route emails to a general email address (e.g one that is used by all your users):
1. Go to Settings on the desktop
2. Click on Notifications.
3. Scroll down to add a group email address.
4. Enter in the relevant email address and then press Save.
