Smart Alerts can be used by load posters when posting or allocating a job on the Exchange.
The Smart Alerts feature sends the load poster email alerts when the carrier is on-route.
If you're a load poster, you can register more than one email address to receive en-route emails. You can also select a time frame as to when you would like to receive these email alerts (starting every 30 min to every 4 hours after the job has been allocated).
Where can I find Smart Alerts?
You can find it on both the 'Post load' form and 'Book Direct' form on the desktop. It is also available on the CX Fleet app.
This feature is included in all subscriptions.
Can I set Smart Alerts as default for all my users?
Yes – if you want to receive en-route emails on a general email address (one that is used by all your users) you can set this up by accessing Settings on your desktop and then clicking on ‘Notifications’.
Then scroll down and add an email address in this section.
