Messaging Customers via SmartPay
SmartPay lets you contact customers directly about an invoice, no need to email.
Messages are linked to the load ID, so even with multiple bookings, you can easily identify and discuss a specific job.
This feature helps resolve issues quickly and ensures smoother, faster payments.
To send a message:

Open the related invoice

Click Messages

Write your message
-
Click Send
Getting updates:
When a load poster responds you’ll be notified by the system, and you’ll see a number pop up on the bell that relates to each conversation with new messages.
