With SmartPay you can contact your customer directly about an invoice – no need to email them.
All conversations are based on the load ID of a completed booking. So even if you’ve completed multiple bookings for a load poster, you can easily find and query a specific load without any confusion.
This is a great feature that allows you to communicate with your customers easily and resolve issues quickly to help you get paid on time.
To contact a customer, click on the related invoice, click on Messages, write your message and then click Send.
Getting updates:
When a load poster responds you’ll be notified by the system, and you’ll see a number pop up on the bell that relates to each conversation with new messages.
