What are load alerts?
Load alerts notify drivers of available loads near their location in real time. They are not included as standard on any TEG subscription and must be added to each account that needs them.
Driver Apps: what's included as standard
Your subscription includes access to a driver app as standard (some subscriptions will have more than one), however additional driver apps beyond what is included in your subscription are charged at £9.99+VAT per app per month.
The standard Driver App allows you to:
- Track your drivers' locations in real time
- Allocate loads to drivers (drivers cannot see the agreed rates)
- Receive instant proof of delivery (POD) and signatures
- Help drivers find live loads near their current location
- Strengthen your service offering with trackable, verified drivers
The standard Driver App does not allow drivers to:
- Search and apply for their own loads independently
- See the rates agreed for loads
- Invoice directly for loads"
Load alerts: chargeable add-on
If you want a driver app account to have the ability to search and apply for loads independently — including visibility of agreed rates — this is available as a paid add-on.
Cost: 100+VAT per app, per month
Applies to: Each mobile app account requiring load alert access
Included as standard: No - It must be added per account
Load alert access is charged per app account. If you have multiple driver app accounts and want load alerts enabled on all of them, the charge applies to each one individually.
Driver verification requirement
Driver management verification through Trustd Drivers is required for all drivers using the platform — both employees and subcontractors. This must be in place before a driver app account can be fully activated.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add load alerts to some driver app accounts and not others?
Yes. Load alert access is configured per app account, so you can choose which accounts have it enabled. You will only be charged for the accounts where it is active.
Is there a minimum contract term for load alerts?
Please speak to your account manager for details on terms and billing cycles.
What happens if I remove load alert access from an account?
The driver will revert to the standard app functionality. They will no longer be able to search for or apply for their own loads independently.
Do drivers still appear in the platform without load alerts?
Yes. Drivers on the standard app remain trackable and can be allocated loads by a dispatcher — they simply cannot search for loads themselves.
