This guide explains how to update expired or expiring documents on Trustd and answers common questions about document requirements.
Updating Expiring Documents
When a document is nearing expiry, Trustd will notify you in advance. For example, if your driving licence expires on 10 September, you’ll receive a reminder one month prior.
To update your document:
1. Log in to Trustd.
2. Go to your profile, Click the Update button at the top of the page.
3. You will be shown a list of documents that need to be updated.
4. Select the document that needs to be updated from the drop down menu.
5. Once the document type is selected you can continue.
7. Click on the file button and select the document and then click save.
8. Now your document has been saved it will be reviewed by our compliance team, we will contact you via email once the review has been completed.
Document Requirements
All documents are reviewed by our compliance team. To avoid delays, ensure your submission meets the following criteria:
- Clear Copy: All text and details must be legible.
- Full Document: Include all pages—no cropped or partial submissions.
- Visible Details: Key information must be present. Example: Insurance documents must show the cover amount and start date.
