As of Saturday 22 November 2025, Integra is now TEG.
You probably already refer to our platform as the TEG platform. For the most part (both internally and externally) that's how it's known.
Previously, some of our communications still referred to the platform as “Integra”.
That changed on 22 November 2025.
Our communications sometimes referred to our platform as Integra.
As of 22 November 2025, all references to Integra have ended, and the platform is now formally the TEG platform.
Why are we making the change?
We launched Integra to signal our evolution beyond a freight exchange.
New platform functionality, such as driver tracking, the ability to manage internal carriers, and back-office automation, all meant our platform had moved beyond simply finding loads and carriers.
More recently, we've bolstered our platform with even more functionality that makes it easier than ever for logistics businesses to collaborate.
For example, Trustd now makes onboarding and monitoring new carriers a breeze. Meanwhile, solutions like SmartPay remove administrative limits on the number of carriers you can work with.
Innovations such as Trustd and SmartPay broaden our platform’s capabilities
These new TEG solutions (as well as several upcoming innovations) broaden what our platform can and will do for our sector. Before their emergence, we believed our platform's functionality to be formidable, and we knew it solved a key logistics problem. At TEG, however, we've always known our platform could do more, and we've always known our platform would do more.
Following the launch of our most recent innovations – and with more yet to come – the future is now the present. Our platform is now capable of facilitating logistics collaboration in ways it previously was not.
We therefore believe a new era of logistics collaboration is about to begin.
To mark the new era of collaboration, in the near future, Integra as a brand will sunset. In its place, the TEG platform will emerge.
What's changed and what should you do?
There are five key changes that have been rolled out.

The Integra platform is now the TEG platform.
2. Branding updates
All references to Integra have been replaced with references to TEG.
3. Email updates

The email address you'll now receive alerts from.
4. A URL update
If you log in to the platform in-browser, you'll need to log in via the URL below, using your current credentials.
New URL: https://app.transportexchangegroup.com/auth/login?app=teg
5. A label update
Finally, the Freight Exchange section is now labelled Operations. This update reflects precisely why we're making the broader change: our platform functionality has shifted beyond that of a freight exchange. New terminology is needed.
