Congratulations for starting your journey with us on The Exchange! It's now time to get set up. There are three steps to complete.

1. Tell us about your business
After completing payment for your new subscription, you'll receive a welcome email, containing your invoice and a link to complete your onboarding form. This form helps our Onboarding team understand more about your business and what you're looking to achieve on the Exchange.
Once the form is completed, an Onboarding specialist will give you a call to talk through step 2: passing compliance.
2. Pass compliance
The second step of your onboarding journey is to get pass compliance. This process is completed via our compliance platform, Trustd.

3. Confirm your login details
Once you're TEG compliant, the last step before your account can go live is to confirm your login details. Your Onboarding Specialist will send you an email which will ask you to verify your email address and set your password for the Exchange.
You'll then receive an activation email which includes:
- a reminder of what your subscription includes
- personalised onboarding guide to set you up for success
Throughout your onboarding journey
Your onboarding specialist will regularly check in with you to offer personalised support and guidance, ensuring you get the most value out of the platform as possible.
