This article shows you how to check your renewal date, make a payment, upgrade your subscription or add extra features.
Checking Your Renewal Date
Your renewal date depends on when you first joined or last renewed your subscription.
To find your renewal date:
Log in to the desktop platform and click on the drop-down menu
Click Check Renewal Details
A window will appear showing your business contact and subscription information.
The renewal date shown includes any free months you received as part of a sign-up promotion.
If you believe your renewal date is incorrect, please contact our Member Sales team on 0203 608 7071.
How to pay for your renewal
You can pay for your renewal in three ways
- direct debit
- card payment
- bank transfer
Paying by Direct Debit
- You can set up a Direct Debit up to one month before your renewal date
- Payments are split into four quarterly instalments
- There’s no admin fee when paying by Direct Debit
To set this up, call 0203 608 7071. Please have the following ready:
- Bank account number
- Sort code
- Name of the account holder
Cancelling your Direct Debit
If you need to cancel your Direct Debit, please notify us first, then contact your bank to stop the payments.
Paying by card
You’ll receive a renewal invoice by email 4 to 8 weeks before your subscription ends.
- The email will come from Billing@transportexchangegroup.com.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
You can pay your invoice either online or over the phone:
Online: Use the link in the invoice to pay online
Phone: Call 0203 608 7071 to pay by card
Paying by bank transfer
You’ll receive a renewal invoice by email 4 to 8 weeks before your subscription ends.

- Check your spam folder if you don’t see it
Use the payment details in the invoice to pay from your chosen bank account.
Upgrading or Adding Features to Your Subscription
You can upgrade your subscription or add extra features at any time to better suit your business needs.
Upgrading your subscription

The cost of upgrading is calculated as the difference between your current subscription and the new one.
Adding additional apps, products or features
The TEG platform offers a range of apps, products and features to help you run and grow your business. These include:
