Please note: This document should be read alongside the General Terms & Conditions governing platform memberships.
We strive to uphold the integrity of the Exchange’s trading community. As such, the below ineligibility criteria applies to all prospective and existing platform members. The criteria helps to create and maintain an environment where all members and their customers can interact safely, confidently and comfortably.
Membership of the TEG platform is made available to businesses operating in the Transport & Logistics industry including couriers, haulage operators, 3PLs, 4PLs, freight forwarders and brokerages. We reserve the right to deny and/or revoke membership where these joining criteria are not met.
We cannot allow members to participate in our community if they have criminal convictions for:
- Sexual offences
- Money Laundering
- Crimes against Couriers
If a member has a conviction for any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend said member’s account, revoke said member’s membership and/or deny platform access. Those who suffer membership revocations will not receive any form of refund and will be unable to re-join our platform.
Notwithstanding the above, TEG may require a recent criminal record check from a member. Failing to provide the above may result in suspension or revocation of the member’s account
