Subscription renewal date
Your renewal date depends on when you first started or last renewed your subscription.
Here's how to see when your CX renewal is due:
Step 1) Log in to your CX account and click on the drop-down menu.
Step 2) Click on where it says, ‘Check Renewal Details’.
Step 3) You’ll be shown a window with all the information about your account like business contact details and subscription details.
The renewal date displayed will include any free months you’ve received as part of a sign-up promotion.
If you have any concerns that your renewal date is incorrect, please call us on 0208 993 7100, and choose option 2.
How to pay for your renewal
You can pay for your renewal either by direct debit or by card payment. When you pay for your renewal by direct debit, there's no admin fee whatsoever.
1. Direct Debit
You can set up a direct debit up to one month before your subscription renewal date. This will result in four quarterly payments.
There is no admin fee when you renew by direct debit.
To set up a direct debit, call us on 0208 993 7100 and select option 2.
You’ll need to have the following to hand:
- Bank account number
- Sort code
- Name of the account holder
Cancelling direct debits
If you would like to cancel your direct debit with us, please inform us first and then speak to your bank directly to cancel the scheduled transactions.
2. Card Payments
✔ Paying online
You can use a debit or credit card to renew your 12-month plan online.
You’ll receive an invoice reminding you about your upcoming renewal 4 to 8 weeks before your subscription expires. Your invoice will be emailed to the address listed on your profile and the sender name will be Billing@transportexchangegroup.com
Please check your spam folder if you can’t find the invoice sent to you.
There will be a link on your renewal invoice which you can use to pay for your subscription online.

If you wish to make a payment over the phone, please call 0208 993 7100 and select option 2 for renewals.
How to upgrade your subscription
During your membership, you may wish to upgrade your account to suit your business’s needs.
It’s possible to upgrade your account mid-subscription. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an HX or CX user or whether you’re operating as a Haulier, Courier or Freight Forwarder.
*Premium is currently the highest subscription level offered. However, if you’re already on a premium plan but would like to discuss your plans with a member of our team, call 0208 993 7100 and select option 2.

The cost of upgrading is calculated as the difference between your current subscription and the new one.
Considerations for a membership extension
If you’re unable to use your subscription for extended periods of time due to the circumstances listed below, we will consider extending your subscription for a minimum of 30 days.
Circumstances, where subscriptions will be extended, may include but are not limited to:
- Poor health
- Recovery from surgery
- Other medical treatments
When these circumstances occur, we ask that you provide us with evidence in the form of a medical note signed by your doctor. This evidence will only be required for members if they are applying for an extension on medical grounds.
How to add additional apps, products or features to your subscription
CX offers a range of additional apps, products and features which can be added to your subscription at any time. Some of these include the Fleet app, Live Availability Map, Freight Vision and more.
You can view a selection of bolt-ons by visiting the Courier Exchange or Haulage Exchange websites.
