Message suppliers directly about an invoice
With SmartPay you can contact drivers directly about an invoice – no need to email them.
Each conversation is based on the load ID of a completed booking. This makes it easy to keep conversations clear and organised. Use this feature to prompt drivers to raise invoices, or clear up queries relating to specific loads.
To contact a driver, simply click on the related invoice, click on Messages, write your message and then click Send.
When a driver responds you’ll be notified, and you’ll see a number pop up on the bell that relates to each conversation with new messages.
Open and close a query
Select the toggle to open a query.
There are several options to categorise the query. It will remain open until it's closed. You can see the query status in the All tab and from the Dashboard. Once resolved click the toggle again to close the query.
