You’ll get an email confirmation of every payment
Once you’ve transferred funds from your bank account into your Wallet – the money is automatically distributed to all your suppliers on the same day at 7 pm on weekdays and instantly on weekends and bank holidays.
You’ll receive an email confirmation of every payment – sample email text below:
Subject: Your payment has been successfully processed |
Text: Dear Sam, Nice work! Your payment of £5,000 to 35 supplier(s) on Friday 17 May 2024 has been processed. Your supplier(s) will receive funds in their bank account by the end of the day. You can review the status of your payments in the Payment Schedule tab.

When will drivers and carriers receive their payment?
Drivers will receive funds based on when you made the transfer from your bank account to your Wallet
- For transfers made in business hours (8am - 7pm)
Drivers and carriers will receive funds in their bank account on the same day, shortly after 7pm. - For transfers made outside business hours (including on weekends or bank holidays)
Drivers and carriers will receive funds within a matter of minutes after you have made the transfer to your Wallet.

Where can I see my paid invoices?
You can view paid invoices in both the “All” or “Payment Schedule” tabs. Use the filter to sort for invoices paid on platform – which are invoices paid using the bank transfer workflow on SmartPay. All other invoices will be marked as paid off platform.
You can archive your paid invoices to clear your view.
