Confirmation of every payment
Once you’ve transferred funds from your bank account into your Wallet, the money is automatically distributed to all your suppliers on the same day at 7 pm on weekdays and instantly on weekends and bank holidays.
You’ll receive an email confirmation of every payment, sample email text below:

Driver & Carrier Payments
Payments are processed based on when you transfer funds to your Wallet:

Business Hours (8am–7pm, Mon–Fri): Funds arrive in the driver’s or carrier’s bank account the same day, shortly after 7pm.

Outside Business Hours (Weekends & Holidays): Funds are received within minutes of the transfer.

Viewing Paid Invoices

Find paid invoices in the All or Payment Schedule tabs

Use filters to view invoices paid on-platform via SmartPay

Invoices paid off-platform will be marked accordingly

You can archive paid invoices to declutter your view
