The Load Pass is a one time digital pass that is generated for a driver when they are allocated a SecureLoad. The Load Pass confirms the drivers identity and authorisation to collect the load.
The load pass shows some details about the driver, and contains the QR code that the driver must get scanned when they arrive on site to collect a SecureLoad.
How to use the Load Pass?
After a SecureLoad is allocated to a driver, the driver is sent a confirmation and prompted to complete an selfie check to confirm their identity.
After the selfie check is complete, the Load Pass is generated for the driver, who can save it to their phone wallet.
When arriving on site to collect, the driver must get the QR code on their Load Pass scanned by someone at the collection site.
This confirms the collection.

I have lost my Load Pass
The Load Pass can be found in your Trustd app, or your mobile phone wallet.
I cannot find anyone to scan my Load Pass
You should always try to get the Load Pass scanned when you arrive on site to collect, if there is no one available and the collection is completed without the Load Pass being scanned, the SecureLoad will not be marked as completed.
Do the staff at collection need any software to scan my Load Pass?
The collection staff just need a mobile phone with any QR code scanned to complete the Load Pass scan, no special software or tools are needed.
