This guide will explain how the load pass works for SecureLoad, how to generate the load pass, how to scan it when a load is completed, and how the pass protects your business and identity.
What is the load pass?
When a SecureLoad job is completed the load pass is the verified digital ID document that confirms the driver who accepted the job is the one that delivers.
The Load Pass is generated when the driver confirms arrival and completes a face scan, proving their identity and credentials. It helps drivers build trust with load posters and ensures secure, verified handovers.
Generating and scanning the load pass
- A load is posted by a load poster, and drivers quote on this load
- When reviewing quotes, the load poster will see a tick to confirm they want to "Protect with SecureLoad"
- The load poster then assigns the load to a driver
- The driver gets a notification on their phone that they have been allocated the load, the driver is then prompted to complete a selfie check
- Once the selfie check is complete, the drivers will be able to save the load pass to their phone
- The driver who is transporting the secure load arrives at the delivery destination
- The driver opens their CX mobile app, finds the load they are delivering and selects the I am here option to confirm arrival.
- The driver gets the load pass scanned at the delivery site
- The driver is then prompted to complete a selfie check to confirm their identity while on site
Once scanned the load pass process is complete, the driver can then carry on with their next job.
The load poster is notified that the job is complete, and a copy of the completed and verified load pass is sent to them as confirmation.
