This guide will help you to complete the selfie check as part of the SecureLoad process.

Background: Winning a SecureLoad
When your bid on a SecureLoad is successful, you will be notified via SMS and in-app notification (if these are enabled in you application settings)
The notification will contain a link to begin the SecureLoad.
Follow the link to get started.
Step one: Activating your Load Pass
Following the link in your notification, you will be taken to the Secure Load booking in your app under the Bookings section. As shown in the image below.
Then tap Activate Load Pass, if you have not previously connected your Trustd account to the CX app to, you will be do this, for guidance on connecting to Trustd click here.
If your Trustd account is already linked to CX you will be prompted to complete a quick selfie check to activate the load pass, as shown in the image below.
Once you complete the selfie check you will be shown the Load Pass, an example Load Pass is shown below.
Step three: Using the Load Pass when you arrive to collect your load
When you arrive on site to collect the SecureLoad, open your CX app and find the booking you are collecting.
Here you can press On Site (Collection) to update the booking status, you can also open the Load Pass from this screen.
Once you have marked yourself as On Site, you must get the QR code on your Load Pass scanned by someone at the collection site.
Tips for getting the Load Pass scanned
- Anyone at the collection site can scan your pass
- They just need a mobile phone with a QR code scanner
- If you do not get the pass scanned, the collection will not be marked as completed as per the SecureLoad process
- If you are unable to find anyone to scan the load pass, we advise contacting the load poster and letting them know, you can send them a message directly using the inbuilt messenger in your CX app
Step four: Completing the on-site Selfie Check
After getting your Load Pass scanned, you will be prompted to complete a second selfie check.
This check confirms that the driver who was allocated the load can be verified as the same driver who is collecting the load.

Step six: Transporting the load
Once the Load Pass has been scanned you are ready to transport the load and finish the booking.
The load poster will be sent a confirmation that you successfully completed the SecureLoad collection.
The rest of the process is the same as any other booking you would complete.
