SecureLoad from Trustd protects your loads with enhanced driver verification, a digital Load Pass, and a Pre-Check Card for every collection.
Bidding on a SecureLoad
The bidding process works the same way as standard loads:
- Find a SecureLoad you want to work on
- Submit your quote
- The load poster will review quotes and assign the load to a driver
When you're assigned a SecureLoad:
- You'll receive a notification in the CX app and via SMS
- You'll be prompted to validate your identity and generate your Load Pass
Identity Verification and Selfie Check
Once allocated a SecureLoad, you'll be prompted to complete a selfie check to validate your identity.
How to complete the selfie check:
- Follow the notification prompt
- Ensure you're in a well-lit area
- Remove hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face
- Complete the selfie verification
What happens next:
- Your selfie check generates a Pre-Check Card for the load poster and a Load Pass for you. You can add this Load Pass to your phone’s digital wallet, and it can also be found in the Trustd app.
- The Pre-Check Card confirms you're a legitimate driver with valid insurance and MOT certificates.
- The load poster can share this card with their customer, so they know who to expect on site.
Arriving On Site and Completing SecureLoad
At the collection point:
- Mark yourself as on site in the CX app by selecting "I am on site"
- Get your Load Pass QR code scanned by someone at the site (no special software or device required)
- Complete a second selfie check when prompted after the QR scan
- SecureLoad confirmed once the selfie check is successful, the SecureLoad is complete and all parties receive confirmation.
Troubleshooting
Selfie check not working?
- Ensure you're in a well-lit area
- Remove hats, sunglasses, or anything covering your face
- Make sure your camera lens is clean
- If you have tried all these steps and cannot proceed with the selfie check, you can continue with the load as usual but be aware that the load will not be marked as SecureLoad verified.
Load Pass not available?
- Your Load Pass is generated when you complete your selfie check
- If you haven't completed this step, the pass won't be available yet
- If you cannot access your Load Pass due to a lack of phone signal, you can continue with the load as usual but be aware that the load will not be marked as SecureLoad verified
- We advise completing the initial selfie check as soon as possible after being allocated the load to ensure your Load Pass does not expire.
There is no one available to scan the Load Pass
- Ideally, you should always have your Load Pass scanned at collection. However, in certain instances this may not be possible. If you are unable to get the pass scanned, you can continue the job as usual, but be aware that the load will not be marked as SecureLoad verified.
